Turning complex customer success into credible proof of Interlogic’s capability.

The Cardinal project gave Interlogic something more valuable than another piece of promotional content: a credible customer story demonstrating its technology operating at significant scale and complexity.
Instead of Interlogic being the sole voice explaining what its platform can do, the story allows the customer, the facility and the operational results to provide the evidence.
The resulting content gives Interlogic an asset that can work across its website, sales conversations, social channels and wider marketing activity, helping prospective customers understand the level at which the business already operates.
Importantly, Cardinal was designed as the beginning rather than the end. The approach established a repeatable model for identifying and capturing more of the customer success already sitting within the business.
As Interlogic builds its presence in Australia alongside its established New Zealand operation, that growing library of proof can help turn more than two decades of experience into visible market authority.

Interlogic already had the proof of its capability in more than 20 years of customer work. The opportunity was to make more of it visible.
We developed a customer case study approach that would demonstrate Interlogic’s expertise through the experiences of its customers, with Cardinal Logistics selected as the first story.
We worked with both teams to uncover what made the Drury project significant and turn a highly technical story into a clear narrative around scale, complexity and results. Working with Little Legs, we then brought that story to life through film and supporting content.
Cardinal became the first in a series designed to build a growing library of customer proof as Interlogic expands into new markets.
